| Order times ~ Mattresses and bases will usually be manufactured in 2-3 weeks, although up to 6 weeks is occasionally required for very unusual orders. Payment terms ~ Due to the Odd Mattress Companies unique service of supplying special size handmade mattresses, we must request full payment prior to the manufacture of your mattress/base. Payment can be made via Cash, Cheque or Credit Card. We feel it is always better to ring and have a chat about your requirements, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the specifications and size are correct.
