Payment terms ~ Due to the Odd Mattress Companies unique service of supplying special size handmade mattresses, we must request full payment prior to the manufacture of your mattress/base. Payment can be made via Cash, Cheque or Credit Card.

We feel it is always better to ring and have a chat about your requirements, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the specifications and size are correct.

We endeavour to deliver on the weekday of your choice, and for insurance purposes, goods will be delivered to the groundfloor door only.
